Life Lessons Festival: What Lane Are You Re-Entering Life In

The past year has taught us all a lot, good and bad. We’ve found new ways to level up and had to get inventive when it comes to keeping our spirits lifted. Now the time has come; Boris is opening doors and we’re having to decide how we’re going to be showing up. Are you re-entering life staying in the same lane that you entered lockdown or are you coming out the other side wanting more out of life?

Life Lessons Festival is the place to explore the big ideas for living better in 2021. How to improve your quality of life, your sleep and your nutrition. How to live more sustainably and in better communities. Life Lessons Festival is the space to explore a happier and healthier life; practical tools, workshops, world class speakers and a marketplace.

Previously held at the Barbican Centre, the summer festival has moved to the green backdrop of Chiswick between 16th – 18th July. The festival is now outdoors and Covid-friendly, set in the landscaped grounds of Chiswick House. Sessions and lectures across the three days will be covering diverse themes within health, happiness and wellbeing. Including guest speakers Dr Rangan Chatterjee, Professor Brian Cox and Claudia Winkleman.

The full line up is yet to be announced but last year drew names such as illusionist Derren Brown, comedian and author Romesh Ranganathan and actor and mental health campaigner Ruby Wax. As well as the on- stage sessions and lectures, there will also be a range of off-stage activities. Lexus will be hosting outdoor mindfulness workshops; from crafts to meditation. Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore lifestyle imbalances at Dr K’s CBD clinic.

So, if the past year has given you that extra push to invest in your health, happiness and lifestyle, Life Lesson Festival is one for you to check out this summer. Tickets for Life Lessons 2021 will be available for exclusive pre-sale from 28th April and will go on general sale on 29th April.
