Parklife 2019 is the Big Opener to Festival Season

Parklife have revealed the final artists set to join the festivals tenth anniversary at Manchester’s Heaton Park on 8th and 9th June, plus two brand new stages hosted by Reprezent and GRM Daily. Joining a stacked bill that includes headliners Cardi B, Solange, The Streets, George Ezra and Migos, the latest additions include Pleasure State, Poté, Lava La Rue, J Styles, Sherelle and many more.  

Set to join forces for their anticipated Pleasure State set will be Detroit house legend MK, Hot Creations co-founder Lee Foss and singer-songwriter Anabel Englund. The electronic trio will see the sultry voice of Anabel teamed with heavy tech house productions from MK and Lee Foss to create an unforgettable performance. Newly added to the festival’s pioneering Sounds of The Near Future stage is rising West London rapper Lava Larue plus Manchester’s very own Jonny Dub, and seminal lifestyle and party brand Places + Faces.

Home-grown radio station Reprezent will be present on Saturday with their brand new stage set to play host to a slew of rising artists, including underground electronic DJ Sherelle and Benji B approved talent Poté. Dancehall selector Jamie Rodigan will also be present, plus MC’s C CANE, Pinty & Yizzy, and experimental grime producer L U C Y amongst others.

Sunday will see the UK’S leading urban entertainment platform GRM Daily host their very own takeover, showcasing some of the UK’s best emerging talent such as rappers Geko, J Silva and Zeph, plus San Francisco MC J Styles and presenter and DJ A.G.

With less than two months to go until the UK’s largest Metropolitan festival returns, Parklife will offer revellers two days of music spanning hip-hop, pop, techno, rap, house and grime across 16 stages. Weekend general admission and VIP tickets are now completely sold out and only Sunday general admission passes are available, so act fast to secure your spot.
