Birdies is the latest venue to join Battersea Power Station’s regeneration project by expanding their crazy golf franchise.
Birdies is the perfect venue for date night as it provides the fun filled activity of crazy golf, a decadent cocktail bar, including all your favourite spirits, and delicious street food all under one roof. Guests are invited to take an exhilarating journey through Birdies’ surreal 9-hole course, with each individual hole designed to derail the senses and challenge speed, accuracy and determination.
The special thing about Birdies is the atmosphere within the venue. With upbeat music that’s not overbearing on conversations and multiple bars serving an extensive selection of captivating drinks, a boozy chocolate fountain, nuclear daiquiris and an exclusive ‘choose-your-own-ingredients’ waterslide, it is set to be the ultimate date or social experience.
Food wise, The main focus of the Taco-Yaki menu is its tasty yakitori and a delicious selection of filled tacos. Those with a weakness for seafood should try the signature Takoyaki dish — octopus dumplings with Japanese mayo, signature sauce and pickled ginger. For something a little more hearty, the Colonel’s Sando should do the trick. Wrapped in chunky white bread, Katsu chicken is stacked on top of spiced curdito, drizzled with a signature sauce. It was all genuinely delicious and not too overpriced.
