Get a Closer Look at The adidas SHARKS

Designed by artist Nikanor Yarmin, the adidas SHARKS are one pair of concepts we need to see brought to life. Soon. The design idea pictured below contests with chunky sneaker releases seen from the likes of Acne & Balenciage. And just in case you’re wondering – yes, it does come fit with Boost in the midsole.
 
Explaining his design, Nikanor says “SHARKS are the sneakers inspired by adidas classical running retro models.” He further goes on to say that “the main idea of the project reflects survival principle of sharks – Living only while moving.”
 

With a midsole favouring ocean waves and a set of the brand’s three stripes on the sidewall resembling gills, the shoe speaks well to its concept. Let us know your thoughts on twitter @Paye.
